Hartman’s Irish Cream, lovingly concocted by the only non-Irish-blooded person in the house. Thank you people who figure things out and post them on the Internet.
375ml Irish whiskey (half a bottle; somewhere between 1½ and 1⅔ cups)
1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
2 c. heavy cream (pint)
1 c. half & half (half pint)
1 t. vanilla extract
¼ t. almond extract
1 t. instant coffee crystals (I used decaf)
2 T. chocolate syrup (I subbed ¼ t. cocoa powder)
Blend, chill and enjoy. Makes about 750ml.
